Project Description:

Clear Channel Radio’s new home in New York is a 126,000 SF facility in Tribeca’s AT&T building; originally built in 1932. This content creation workplace houses Clear Channel’s five NYC radio stations, the Clear Channel online music and radio business and its traffic information network. The sustainably designed broadcast studios total ten: five pairs of identical studios for each of the five stations. Additionally, there are common commercial production, voice tracking and mixing studios: 29 in all. The resulting design successfully maximizes interaction among employees without sacrificing any station individuality.
